Tomorrow University of Applied Sciences is an official German state-recognized university, dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders & change makers through its academic offering via the metaverse. I was brought in as the sole product manager to help with a major pivot of their product strategy.

Achievements

Implemented Google & Apple SSO capabilities to enable open registrations, reducing the time required to sign up by over 90%.
Designed and released E2E in-app sales journeys from registration, product catalog, self-checkout, and enrollment, which led to over 15 program sales being closed passively, while drastically reducing overhead (as of 1 month after release).
Launched Apple Vision Pro app in record time with very limited resources to present the first metaverse MBA program to the world.

He did a lot of user research, flew out to conferences, talked with a ton of people, and always found information that we could work with. He had a very good understanding of how to prioritise tickets, and even dismantling tickets into smaller pieces to make proper trade-offs and always reach our deadlines.
